  2. Scouting of globally recognized agricultural higher education institutions
  3. Identification of purpose, areas of interest and types of partnership and potential institutions through organisation of workshop with scientists / faculty / administrators.
  4. Study of existing MoU of ICAR/AUs with foreign universities
  5. Develop the network of inspired teachers in all disciplines across India
  6. Mapping of AUs alumni abroad.
  7. Develop guidelines for global collaboration among HEIs
  8. Network meetings in India and abroad with identified institutions for MoUs
  9. Facilitate global collaborative partnerships for identified Universities based on the need
  10. Implement global collaborative partnerships for minimum 10 selected Universities through faculty and student exchange, short duration studies etc.
  11. Conduct of short duration studies in the areas of digital solutions
  12. Consultations with Indian Agriculture University Association and National Academy of Agricultural Sciences
  1. Creation of awareness among the students on soft skills, innovativeness, entrepreneurship
  2. Conduct of a survey to ascertain the existing career development facilities in AUs
  3. Regional workshops for identification of needs and requirements of Universities for establishment of career development centres and develop action plans for setting up of career development centres
  4. Develop guidelines for establishment of career development centres focussing on soft skills, innovativeness, entrepreneurship etc.
  5. Development of model career development centres in 5 Universities
