Travel Instructions for NAHEP Workshops/Conferences/Meetings
  1. Ticket from Air India Economy Class

  2. Private airlines, only on sectors permitted by Ministry of Civil Aviation
    (Please see the document)

  3. All bookings either directly from website of Airlines or permitted Agents such as Balmer Lawrie / Ashoka Travel / IRCTC. Nothing will be reimbursed, if booked by any-other means

  4. Local travel by Taxi, permitted only in Municipal Limits, such as from home to Airport/Station and back etc (Not like Ludhiana to Delhi etc- in these cases it will be limited to Train fare as per entitlement only, that too if taxi receipt is produced)
