1. To establish partnerships with globally recognized agricultural higher education institutions;
2. To promote the establishment of career development centre at agricultural universities.
3. To improve curricula review processes and methods to consolidate and disseminate global best practices in agricultural education;
4. To assist agricultural universities in strengthening their linkages with industry.
5. Structuring dialogue with state government to catalyse their participation in raising the quality and relevance of agricultural higher education.
